ポジションの業務内容 / Job Description

Summary:

• EnFi is currently looking for a long-term intern curious about VC and the entertainment industry -The internship is paid and remote from Tokyo but occasional offline activities might be required

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations (IR) -You will be trusted and tasked with providing both our investors and portfolio companies an accurate account of corporate affairs -Prepare quarterly reports to be disseminated Analyst -Conduct independent analysis of the VC industry using VC data to produce financial report -Support EnFi’s pipeline building by understanding and extracting information from investor decks Support and handle due-diligence process Marketing -Manage EnFi’s SNS, but also to come up with your own marketing strategies to advance EnFi’s online influence Ad hoc -Support timely disclosures (financial and non-financial) of EnFi’s operation -Prepare legal document for deal-sourcing/sealing Liaise with external parties

What You Will Gain

必要なスキル・経験 / Requirement Skills and experiences

- Fluency in both English (native-business) and Japanese (minimum N2 level) (The applicant should be comfortable in speaking, listening and writing bilingually) - The applicant should also be communicative, responsible, proactive and have a genuine interest in exploring the VC industry particularly on gaming and entertainment - Most importantly, we are looking for characters, analytical skills and creativity - Finance, accounting & business background would be a bonus but not necessary - Able to commit ideally three days a week, working hours negotiable
